Tim holds an MBA from the University of California, Irvine's Paul Merage School of Business and often serves as a guest speaker at NYU and Pepperdine University, where he speaks to graduate students about trends in economics, business practices, and marketing strategies. He resides in Newport Beach with his family.

Chris Maddy joined the Tim Carr Group in 2013 and has been exceeding client's expectations for the past decade. Growing up in the Dover Shores neighborhood, Chris is sought after for his first hand knowledge of the area as well as Eastside Costa Mesa, Balboa Peninsula, and our local multifamily market.

Chris was exposed to the real estate business at an early age by his father and has been involved in record breaking Orange County residential and multifamily transactions. Throughout the process, Chris serves as a trusted advisor to his clients and is there at every step of the way to help his clients make informed decisions about their real estate transactions. Chris's impressive sales record combined with his exceptional customer service has earned him a loyal client base as well as the respect of his associates.

Chris currently resides in Eastside Costa Mesa with his wife Kathleen and their daughter, Marilyn. On his time off, Chris enjoys playing golf, traveling, and fishing along our coast.

Ava-Lauren Weber, originally from the suburbs of Philadelphia, now a UC Santa Barbara graduate and Southern California resident, has experience working with people and organizations on both coasts.

She has worked for real estate, technology, and fashion companies including her role as Marketing Coordinator at the clothing brand, Ohama Couture. While working at Hayes Commercial Group, a commercial real estate brokerage in Santa Barbara, she developed a passion for the field. Ava-Lauren decided to pursue her post-graduate career in the real estate industry. After completing an internship at the Tim Carr Group in 2021, she developed a stronger grasp for her neighborhood market in Newport Beach and was offered a full-time residential agent position as a member of the Tim Carr Group's core team.

Ava-Lauren's ability to pay attention to detail and convey pertinent information to clients allows her to cultivate gratifying relationships. Her high-level education in communication, business, and writing along with professional experience in dynamic environments gives her an overall ease in understanding clients' desires and tailoring her work to their real estate goals.
