As an Orange County native, Ken’s wealth of knowledge about all local communities makes him the real estate professional of choice for discerning, goal-oriented clients. In particular, his geographic areas of expertise include Eastside Costa Mesa, Corona del Mar, Newport Coast, and Newport Beach.
Ken’s success in luxury real estate lies in his ability to work with buyers and sellers to execute detailed and complex transactions. He diligently works to secure clients some of coastal Orange County’s most desired properties, which he does through strategic networking and astute market knowledge. His loyal clients value his exceptional communication and guidance throughout every step of the real estate process.
Prior to joining the prestigious Tim Carr Group, Ken worked in technology and executive account sales. Ken earned his B.A., in Business, from California State University. He currently resides in Eastside, Costa Mesa with his wife, son, and three dogs.
