Meet Ava-Lauren
Ava-Lauren Weber, originally from the suburbs of Philadelphia, now a UC Santa Barbara graduate and Southern California resident, has experience working with people and organizations on both coasts.
She has worked for real estate, technology, and fashion companies including her role as Marketing Coordinator at the clothing brand, Ohama Couture. While working at Hayes Commercial Group, a commercial real estate brokerage in Santa Barbara, she developed a passion for the field. Ava-Lauren decided to pursue her post-graduate career in the real estate industry. After completing an internship at the Tim Carr Group in 2021, she developed a stronger grasp for her neighborhood market in Newport Beach and was offered a full-time residential agent position as a member of the Tim Carr Group’s core team.
Ava-Lauren’s ability to pay attention to detail and convey pertinent information to clients allows her to cultivate gratifying relationships. Her high-level education in communication, business, and writing along with professional experience in dynamic environments gives her an overall ease in understanding clients’ desires and tailoring her work to their real estate goals.
