Originally from the suburbs of Philadelphia, Ava-Lauren Weber is a UC Santa Barbara graduate now based in Southern California. As a Newport Beach resident for the past nine years, she brings a strong understanding of the local market and community, along with professional experience spanning both coasts.
Ava-Lauren joined the Tim Carr Group in 2022 as an integral member of the team’s internal operations. In addition to her personal sales portfolio, she has assisted in over 100 of Tim Carr’s transactions, working closely with clients while overseeing each phase of the process from initial coordination through closing. Her role includes overseeing all aspects of listings and escrows, facilitating communication among all parties, and supporting strategic decision-making to ensure each transaction progresses efficiently and at the highest standard.
Prior to joining the Tim Carr Group, Ava-Lauren gained industry experience at Hayes Commercial Group in Santa Barbara, where she developed a strong foundation and passion for real estate.
Known for her attention to detail and strong communication skills, Ava-Lauren is highly effective at guiding clients and supporting every stage of the transaction process. Her ability to seamlessly integrate operations, marketing, and client service allows her to contribute meaningfully to each transaction while maintaining the high standard of service the Tim Carr Group is known for.
